Just returned and wanted to let you
know he IS using an UNC "e-mail address" -- in the process of compiling
information to forward to you - please advise when you have
"investigated" this.
As I said, what this man is doing is
NOT acceptable and it is amazing he has been able to continue with such
"abuse of the system" for this long period of time - I am astonished
someone has not intervened before now but hopefully you will be able to succeed
in putting an end to his threats/slander, etc.

These people are well aware of what
has transpired over the years and they all know WHO has done WHAT and WHEN it
was all accomplished.
Elliott Cramer ONLY came into the
picture during the past few months (when he stepped forward to attempt to
"assist" Susan Barrett who came into Robeson County in February, 2010
and filed a lawsuit against Robeson County -- her lawsuit only accomplished one
thing and that was "additional time added to the "Hold Period"
for the animals at the Robeson County Shelter -- EVERYTHING else was DISMISSED
For some unknown reason to me,
Cramer and Barrett were determined to attempt to claim "she" had
accomplished all the changes -- NOTHING could be further from the truth.
Please be assured NONE of this would
have occurred had Elliott Cramer and Susan Barrett not attepted
to discredit me and slander me in the manner they have attempted to do and
obviously Elliott Cramer has not given up.
This is very sad to me but hopefully
we can put an end to the DRAMA and those who are focused on the
"animals" can return to caring for them -- THAT is ALL that is
important to me.

can provide to END this nightmare.

This is the one where he made the
comment about his "Colt 45" --
I was advised to report this to the
Police but have not done so yet -- waiting to see what you feel should be done.
When I became aware yesterday he
still had all this slanderous information about me, I then contacted him and
requested it be removed -- you can see what occurred.
This man obviously has some serious
issues and hopefully he will be stopped.

This will be the last one today -- I
need to do more research to pull up the ones he and Susan Barrett were involved
with when they first began to attack me - I had never heard of him prior to
that time -- hopefully can send that tomorrow and that should be sufficient for
you to see what I have had to deal with -

ps I found it amusing when he stated I couldn't afford
an attorney -- he has NO idea what my assets, etc. are - assume he
"thinks" this due to the fact I do live in my Mother's home which she
lived in for 60 years and I moved in to "renovate and plan to sell in
order to return to the "BEACH" where I belong - I had a wonderful
business in Southport, NC and dealt exclusively with property owners on the
Island -- was in business from 1985 until 1997 when I sold my business and
moved here to help my Mother (who is now "up above" - she was 93 and
we called her the "Original Hippy" ...
I had clients such as Willard Scott
(NBC Weatherman), William Bennett (was with Reagan Administration) and many
other wonderful people who knew me well.
Just a little "background"
on who I am - also lived in an Academic world for many years - husband was
a Professor at Auburn University and I taught "special students" in
the 6th grade. We went to USC/LA in the 60's -- he received his Doctorate
Degree and I majored in Psychology/Human Behavior (did not finish due to the
fact we started our family and THEY were my focus -- guess you could say the
"only degree" I received was a "MRS. Degree" ...
I was also a Paralegal in Memphis, TN for several years and have a
"little" knowledge of the "Legal System" - worked for some
"top notch" Criminal Attorneys

OOPS -- forgot to tell you something
I feel is very important ---
I think I told you I am a Senior
Citizen -- I am 75 years old (weigh only 93 lbs) and VERY active but I do
not need this in my life - it has been very upsetting to me in many
ways and NO ONE should have to be exposed to such unwarrented
attacks.
Even though I'm a Senior Citizen, I
live by the Philosophy of Lillian Gish, which was:
"AN ACTIVE MIND AND BODY
NEVER GROW OLD" --
I am a firm believer in that and be assured I can
"work circles" around most who are far younger than I -- not only
physically but "mentally" as well.

This is the one Cramer also put
slanderous information pertaining to me - Cramer is the one who has
"connected" Joseph Villarosa and me and, as
I was informed this morning, this was an "intentional" way to slander
me even more even though Joseph Villarosa re in no
way connected other than via e-mail exchanges as Animal Advocates/Activists.
Hopefully I will be hearing from you
soon. I have had no response pertaining to the information I forwarded
you yesterday and this morning.
As I am certain you know, I am most
anxious to have this resolved as soon as possible - especially since he has
threatened me, as you could easily see.
I have reported this to Law Enforcement
and since he is using an e-mail furnished by UNC this would also involve you,
which I hope can be avoided.
I want this nightmare ended in my life today!

I would appreciate a response from
you today as to whether or not the e-mail address Elliott Cramer is using via
UNC has been deleted.
I need to turn over all information
by 5:00 this afternoon -- I am going forward with a lawsuit against Elliott
Cramer for Slander/LiesThreatening me, etc. and
UNC will, of course, be included. What he has been allowed to do is not
acceptable and, as is very obvious, he has not only slandered me (which can be
proven beyond a shadow of a doubt) but he has also threatened me and that
information has already been turned over to the officials.
I was informed today this is a very
serious issue and must be dealt with immediately.

there does not appear to be any reference to you on that web site. Regarding
the www.ourpaws.info/joe web site that you provided below,
please be advised that this website is not affiliated with the University, and
the University has no ability or authority to alter the contents of this site
or to remove it as you have requested.
We understand and
appreciate the concerns you have expressed regarding your interactions with Dr.
Cramer, and we regret that we are unable to assist you further. You may want to
contact your local law enforcement office or the internet service providers
(including email providers) Dr. Cramer used to correspond with you for

Thank you Kara, for your response -
I understand your position but it would seem with someone of his
"mentality", UNC would not want to be affiliated with him in any
manner whatsoever - it is very obvious this man has some serious problems -
even his picture is chilling -- as I told you, I had never heard of him prior
to being sent some slanderous e-mails from him, along with Susan Barrett, 2-3
months ago - was shocked but am no longer surprised at anything he might say or
do -- he is definitely a PARASITE TO HUMANITY and obviously enjoys his demented
actions.
Be assured, it has been turned over
to Law Enforcement and they are very much aware of what he stated and should
anything happen to me in any manner whatsoever, he will be a prime suspect.
I sincerely hope someone will tell
him he definitely needs some "Psychological" assistance before he
goes off the "deep end" completely. I truly cannot imagine a
person such as he ever being employed by a
university. Of course, when someone has "multiple
personalities" I realize it is difficult to always detect.
It would seem to me it would be an
embarrassment for him to be allowed to "use" UNC for his publicity in
any manner whatsoever, especially since he is no longer employed but implies he
is and "uses it" to his advantage. Does UNC have to pay for his
use of their e-mail address or does he?
Once again, thank you for your
response and I respect your "position" - I have forwarded your reponse and will let you know should anything develop which
would be connected with UNC.
